Sanctuary KIDS
We believe kids are not the future of the church, but that kids are the church.

We desire to partner with parents for the holistic formation of their kids, which is why we consider our kids gatherings as more than just childcare.
Through a community-based discipleship experience we are inviting kids to practice the way of Jesus, participate in community, and permeate the world — as a family.
Sundays
Sundays are the primary day that Sanctuary KIDS gather together to worship, learn from Scriptures, pray, and invite the Spirit to speak. Our classrooms are a fun, safe, and engaging environment for every kid. We provide unique classroom experiences for Infant – Grade 5.
We offer care for infants for the length of the entire gathering, with Preschool through Grade 5 participating in worship with the entire church before joining their class to learn from Scriptures. Read why here.
Check-In
We require that all kids are registered and checked-in by a parent or guardian for their safety and security. For new or visiting families, in order to enjoy a smooth check-in process, please register in advance on Church Center.

Additional Information
Parking for families is available right next to the entrance of the Indy Art Center. From there, you’ll see the Sanctuary KIDS “Entrance”, located on the west side of the building. Parking is limited, so we recommend arriving early to be sure you find a space.
Additional parking is available around the building with a short walk to the entrances.
The Sanctuary uses David C. Cook’s “Heartshaper” Curriculum as the basis of discipling children at church. This curriculum also has a host of parental guides for discipling children at home. Our aim is to work alongside you in raising children to practice the way of Jesus, participate in community, and permeate the world. Printed resources are available at pick-up each week which include scripture reading, discussion questions, memory verses, and lesson reviews.
We want to integrate kids into Life at The Sanctuary, so our classroom experience includes the themes and rhythms of our entire church family. It’s important to us that we’re “setting the table,” so-to-speak, to allow you to pastor your children in the midst of your family’s day-to-day life.
